Reliance Training and Management Consulting, a dynamic, fast-growing, indigenous entity, was established in July, 2013, and duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in May 2014, with the aim to nurture, develop and innovate people and organisations through customized training, development and management consulting services, with excellent performance, deep sense of commitment, transparency, honesty and responsibility, to demonstrate the highest standard of technical and operational expertise.

The team is coordinated by Pastor Anthony Esehegbe Odijie (Adm), a professional with a high degree of multidisciplinary corporate management training.  He has conducted several successful researches in business management related areas. An embodiment of vast studies cum practical experiences, considerable acquired knowledge, and skills of varying managerial situations needed for solving problems and improving organisational performances.

He holds {NCE – Bus Edu, B.Sc – Bus Mgt, M.Sc – Bus Admin}.  A Chartered Corporate Administrator {ACIA – Corp Administration}, and a qualified Management Consultant.  He has 29 (Twenty nine years of work-experiences at different capacities in Administration, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, through organisational hierarchy, by uncompromised hard work, excellent performances, honesty and deep sense of responsibility.  Out of these years of work-experience, he spent 12 (Twelve) years in the Education sector, 2 (Two) years in the Legal sector, 2 (Two) years in Sales and Marketing, and 13 (Thirteen) years in the Manufacturing sector.

He voluntarily retired from public service as Human Resource and Administration Manager of a renowned company; Proforce Nigeria Limited,  manufacturers of Armoured Vehicles,  and opted into private practice.

He has before now attended numerous local and international training and development programmes, seminars and or workshops.

Also, he has undergone several training courses and acquired Post Graduate Diploma Certificates in different areas of theology.  He is currently an Assistant Zonal Pastor of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry (MFM).
